We are excited to announce an enhancement that gives you greater control over the application submission process within Genius Class. With our latest update, Genius Administrators now have the ability to customize the “Success Message” that users receive upon submitting their applications. This feature is designed to improve the user experience by providing tailored feedback and guidance directly to applicants.

The introduction of this new feature empowers Genius Class administrators to not only personalize the success message but also to incorporate essential information that can assist applicants in the next steps of their journey. For instance, you can inform them that “You will receive an email with your login credentials shortly” or remind them that “Once you log in, please upload your documentation.” Additionally, there is an option to specify individuals who should receive a copy of this message, ensuring that relevant parties are kept in the loop regarding application submissions.

To access this new feature, navigate to your Administration Tab - Templates and select the APPLICATION_SUCCESS_MESSAGE. This section allows you to edit the template, enabling you to add any extra information you deem necessary for the user. By customizing this message, you can enhance communication and provide a more informative and engaging experience for applicants.
