Recovering your Password
Recovering your password in the Enterprise+ solution is easy. Go to your organizations' Enterprise+ sign-in page (typically something like myorganization.geniussis.com) and click on the Forgot Password link below the sign-in forms:
You will then be directed to another page where you will be asked to provide the username and email address that Enterprise+ keeps on file in the platform. The username should be the same as the one you use to log in with, and the email address should be the same email address where you receive notifications from Enterprise+, i.e. automated announcements about course enrollment, messages from your instructors, etc.
Once you have completed this information, click on the Request Password button. You will shortly receive an email assigning you a new password that you can use to log back into Enterprise+ as required!
