Transcripts and Certificates are an excellent way in which you as a learner can provide evidence of your commitment to a learning program. Enterprise+ makes it possible for you to issue formal, PDF versions of both transcripts and certificates that you can use as proof of the learning opportunities that you completed over time at your organization.
Issuing your Transcripts
Issuing your transcripts in Enterprise+ is simple. The Enterprise+ interface includes a sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen where you can find a link that reads Print Transcript. Click on this link to generate a PDF with a course-by-course breakdown that includes:
- your name
- your ID in the system
- the date on which the transcript was generated
- the courses you took, the grade you achieved in each course
- the credit hours you obtained by completing the course
To download your Transcript, click on Click to Download the Transcript on the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Retrieving your Certificates
Certificates are also very simple to print out in Enterprise+. Use the sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen to access your Learner's Dashboard. Then, under the Completed Courses box on the right-hand side of your dashboard, click on any of the courses you have already completed:
This will immediately generate a Certificate of Completion for the course you just select by clicking.
