Introduction
Typically, your organization will set up Enterprise+ to automatically create accounts and get your personal information from an existing system in your organization - for example, SAP or Oracle, amongst others.
However, Enterprise+ also makes it possible for you to change or edit your personal information within your account.

Editing your Profile Information
To edit your profile information, click on the Edit Account link on the Sidebar on the left-hand side of your screen. You will change basic information about yourself, such as:
- your name
- your last name
- your email address
- your telephone number
Remember to click Save at the bottom of the screen to make sure that it saves your changes for future use. You will also be able to change your password using this interface.
Your organization can change these fields, so your view of this interface may change from what we are presenting in this section.
Managing your Password
You can also make use of the same interface you can use to edit your account information to change and manage the password you used to access the solution.
Changing your Password
To change your password in Enterprise+, click on the Edit Account link on the Sidebar on the left-hand side of your screen. You will see a checkbox in the user interface titled Change my Password:
Check this box. Enter your current password in the field titled Old Password, and the password you want to use from now on in the field titled New Password. Confirm this choice in the field titled Confirm Password. Finally, click Save to save your choice and start using your new password to sign into Enterprise+ as required.
Are you using a single account to sign in?
If you are using a single account to sign into multiple sites (i.e. a single username and password combination to sign into multiple systems across your organization), you are using what we know as a single sign-on solution. If that is the case, Enterprise+ cannot change either your username or password combination.
Your organization will typically have a specialized interface or Web site dedicated to changing your password across all systems if that is the case - contact your IT department to learn more about how you can change your password across all systems.
