Introduction
In this article, we provide you with an overview of your Learner Dashboard and you can use it to get information about your course completions and enrollments.
About your Courses
The About your Courses section of your Dashboard focuses mostly on the activity around the courses you are enrolled in Genius CE or Enterprise.
Active Courses
Active Courses shows the courses you are enrolled in that you have an active enrollment in. For each course that you are enrolled with, Active Courses shows you:
- Your grade in the course so far, in %
- Your progression in the course, in a progress bar
- The start and end dates of your course, in MMM-DD-YYYY format
Completed Courses
Completed courses are courses that you have already passed and got your final grade for. Genius CE & Enterprise lists those separately from your Active courses, allowing you to quickly scan through your accomplishments and see not just the list of courses you completed as a learner within the system, but also the grade you achieved in those courses from one place.
Learning Paths
In Genius CE & Enterprise, it is possible to group one or more courses into what we call a learning path. A Learning Path makes it possible for organizations to create certificate programs. When all courses are completed, the learner can receive a certificate evidencing their mastery of the content.
The Genius CE & Enterprise Learner's Dashboard makes it possible for you to see the status of each course in each learning path that you are enrolled in through the Learning Paths tab:
The Learning Paths tab shows you the names of the learning paths that you are enrolled with a list of courses under each path. The name of the Learning Path will become green, and Genius CE & Enterprise will list:
- all the courses that make up that path
- your status in those courses (not started, in progress, completed or overdue)
This makes it possible for you to keep tabs on your progress towards completing your assigned learning paths - and makes it possible to know which courses you have to focus on completing a specific learning path.
