Genius CE & Enterprise now offers a process for Guardians to create accounts for themselves and on behalf of minors that want to register as students for a learning initiative. Please note that to use this feature, it must be turned on by request. Ask your Genius representative about it today!
Creating Accounts
When enabled, a user can click on "Create Account" on the Public Welcome page of Genius+ to reach the following screen. They can select to create a Parent/Guardian Account or to register themselves as a Student:
Once the user selects Parent/Guardian Account, they fill out information on the following screen that will appear next:
After selecting "Next", the Guardian will fill out the Student Information for as many students as they are registering for:
Finally, the user reviews the registration and clicks "Register" to create an account:
Student Dashboards and Course Catalog Tabs in Genius CE & Enterprise
Once the user receives their account credentials, they can sign into Genius CE or Enterprise. The user dashboard will default to the Student(s) under the Guardian Account:
Use the dropdown under the student's name to select another student, if there are more than one:
In the Course Catalog tab on the left menu of the screen, browse the Genius CE or Enterprise course offerings available for any students available on the account:

To view your Guardian and Child Learner(s) account information, click the "My Accounts" tab on the left menu. This information can be updated at any time.
Click the three dots under the "Actions" column to update Child Learner(s) account information.
In the top right corner of the screen, a Guardian can also add a new Child Learner if needed.
