Introduction
Google Analytics is a platform that gives you the free tools you need to analyze data for your business in one place. Now, you can use Google Analytics in tandem with your Genius+ instance to gain insights on the effectiveness of your business strategies and plans.
Please note that the Google Analytics account must be set up prior to linking it to a Genius+ instance. We currently support Google Anaytics 4, NOT Google Analytics UA.
Setting Up Google Analytics for the Course Catalog*
In a Genius+ instance, Administrators can associate Google Analytics to the Course Catalog Configurations.
This can be found in Administration > System Setup > Catalog Configuration:
Scroll to the bottom right and enter Measurement ID:
Clicking the "How do I find my Measurement ID?" link sends the user to this page:
Once the user determines their Measurement ID, they can enter it into Genius+ in the relevant field. To turn it off, remove the Measurement ID from the field.
