Why didn't my email send or how do I check if an email sent?
- Auto-Email Options in Genius+
- Pro tip: Check your Parameters by searching under the name SEND_EMAILS. If that value is set to 0, you have set the email job to be turned off. Turn it back on by entering "1" as the value and your emails from that point on will send.

If I create learners in the LMS, do I still need to create them in Genius or vice versa?
- Genius+ and your LMS, Creating Learners in Genius+, Create Users and Assign Roles in Class+
- Pro tip: Create your learners in Genius first, rather than creating them in the LMS. Genius is designed to work best this way, and we'll do the heavy lifting for you by creating those accounts in the LMS, too.

How do I send a Learner ID for a new learner to my Blackboard Learn LMS?

- The LOCAL ID in Genius+ will populate the Learner ID field in your Blackboard Learn instance.

Can my users select their time zone?
- At this time, only one time zone can be set for each Genius instance. Check your Parameters in the Administration Tab for: UTC_DIFFERENCE_HOURS. You can change that value to set the timezone.

How do I update preexisting data with a CSV import?

- Pro tip: Drop down the Learners, Courses, Sections, and Enrollments tabs to find the BULK ACTIONS button. This is the best way to update data in bulk without having to upload a CSV or to use an API.

Why does my dashboard look different than other user dashboards?
- Administrator Dashboards in Genius+, The Learner Dashboard in Genius+
- Pro tip: Dashboards are personal, we get it! If you're an admin, you can design your own dashboard and even customize them based on user role. Head over to the Administration Tab and under the "Users and Access" subsection, you'll find "Customize Dashboard". As long as the role has access to the report you want to show, their dashboards can be customized with it.

Why am I unable to change permissions in Access Setup for admin roles?
- Access Setup in Genius+
- Pro tip: Admin permissions cannot be edited by any user. Why? Because admins are designed to be the top-level role, and taking away permissions would affect all users. That could get messy. We recommend creating a "sub" admin type of custom role for that.

How can I access the hangfire dashboard to see logs of jobs or processing files?
- Report Subscriptions in Genius+
- Pro tip: When reading the hangfire: Green = Successful. Yellow = Processing. Red = Failed.

A user with role A cannot see a certain page. How can I give them access?
- Access Setup in Genius+
- Pro tip: Before you do this, know that all users with this role will be affected by these changes.

How can I share access to a report or query made?
- Query Builder and Subscription Reports by Affiliation
- Pro tip: Go to your Query Builder (In Reports under the subsection "Dynamic Reports") and select the report you want to share. Scroll down and add the roles that you want to have access to this report for their dashboard. Make sure you save!

What payment gateways can Genius+ integrate with?

- Pro tip: Go to the Administration Tab and under the "Integrations" subsection you'll find "Payment Gateways". You can find a list of configurable Payment Gateways here, too.

How can I edit Certificates or Transcripts?
- Certificates in Enterprise+
- Pro tip: PDF editing software is great to invest in, if you haven't yet. Software like Adobe and other PDF editors allow you to easily customize your transcripts and certificates on your own. You can even customize them by affiliation or course, too.

How can I check to see which user made administrative changes in my instance?
- Administrator's Overview for Genius+
- Pro tip: Under the Administration Tab and the subsection "General", you'll find "View Logs". If you use the filter to search by "CHANGE", you'll see changes that have been made in your instance. You can also check the Audit function throughout the UI, too.

I accidentally "completed" a student's enrollment, but they're still supposed to be enrolled. How do I change their enrollment status back to "Active"?
- Enrolling Learners in Genius+
- Pro tip: Select the learner in question in your Learner's tab. Click "Enrollment History" on the left menu of the Learner's profile and click the pencil icon on the completed enrollment. Change the status to "Active" and the learner will go back to being enrolled into the course.

Why hasn't my grade I recently received in my LMS updated in Genius yet?
- Viewing Grades in Genius+
- Pro tip: Click the "Refresh" button above your courses in your dashboard. That will trigger the job to run between Genius+ and your LMS and will update your grades more quickly.

Where do I find my certificate for a course I completed?
- Transcripts & Certificates for Learners in Genius+
- Pro tip: Click the title of the course in the Completed Courses panel of your Learner Dashboard. You will see an option that says, "Download Certificate". Clicking this will download the certificate to your device as a PDF file.

How do I get from Genius to the LMS to take my course?
- Accessing your Courses in Genius+
- Pro tip: Clicking on the course you want to access is the quickest way to get to the LMS. Genius+ is designed to make this process as easy as possible for our users.

Where can I see my current grades for enrollments in Genius?
- The Learner Dashboard in Genius+, Viewing Grades in Genius+
- Pro tip: Look at your left menu and click "Academic Snapshot". If your grades have been updated in the LMS, they will show up here in Genius.
